03:55 Getting Interest in Your (Tiny) Checking Account
Here is a way to get interest in your checking account! Really!
* No fees
* No minimums
* Just do a certain number of transactions per month (varies per bank)
* One direct deposit (could be a transfer from another account)

(This information is accurate as of July 3, 2016)

[Please note that I do not receive any compensation from these companies.]
Kasasa.com: They partner with thousands of community banks to give you interest on your checking account
BankRate.com:
Lake Michigan Credit Union: Located in MI, they allow out of state residents to open an account
Consumers Credit Union: Located in IL, they allow out of state residents to open an account

12:16 Reducing Your Credit Card Debt
I highly recommend PenFed.org. I transferred my high interest debts (three of them) in 2009 and got an amazing rate. And finished paying off my debt in February of 2016! Again, I don’t receive any compensation from PenFed. I am just very grateful to them.

13:43 Rant about Why it’s Useless for Compulsive Spenders to Resent Missing Out on Points and Cash Back with Credit Cards

17:13 Debt Consolidation
Greenpath is a non-profit debt consolidation company that I have dealt with and also know three people who have had a good experience with them. [And I do not receive any compensation from them either.]
