[Please note that I do not receive any compensation from these companies.]
Kasasa.com: They partner with thousands of community banks to give you interest on your checking account
Lake Michigan Credit Union: Located in MI, they allow out of state residents to open an account
Consumers Credit Union: Located in IL, they allow out of state residents to open an account

I highly recommend PenFed.org. I transferred my high interest debts (three of them) in 2009 and got an amazing rate. And finished paying off my debt in February of 2016! Again, I don’t receive any compensation from PenFed. I am just very grateful to them.

17:13 Debt Consolidation
Greenpath is a non-profit debt consolidation company that I have dealt with and also know three people who have had a good experience with them. [And I do not receive any compensation from them either.]
