Helpful software to prevent and block ads:

  • Look up Ad Block and Ad Block Plus – they are extensions for Google Chrome and Firefox
  • Put in the term, “block websites,” in your search engine and you will find lots of options to prevent specific sites
  • Use the free version of Malwarebytes to remove spyware, adware, etc.
  • Use a good antivirus as well!
